I originally started jogging because the only excercise my shoulders were getting was moving my arms around keyboard & mouse, leading to pain because one shoulder was working harder than the other, causing imbalance.
So I started jogging, because that involves lots of arm-moving and it removed a lot of my neck & shoulder tension.
Combined with the other excercises I was doing for chronic pain due to muscle tension, it resulted in a lot of muscles suddenly not being tense all day. Result: Lots of fidgeting at my desk as I suddenly had far more energy available through the day.
So I carried on jogging as a way of burning up excess energy.
All well & good, but now I'm getting fitter, it's not actually enough: Even tho I went jogging yesterday, I've been fidgety all day today because I want to be up & doing things, and I'm stuck at my desk.
If anyone knows any good cures for excess energy, please leave them in the comment field below :o)
