You might remember all the flak Linus copped when he made it clear that the kernel would not be changed to GPL v3 unless some major changes were made.
A poll of some other important kernel people, and it's nice to see that Linus can retain his BDFL title - he's not exactly forcing the rest of the kernel devs to do it his way. Aside from one vote for "I don't really care", every vote was "I don't like v3" - and most ly at the "It's much worse", not just "I prefer v2 a bit more"
That's pretty damaging. To put it mildly.
