If you know it's Autummn when the spiderwebs are made visible by the morning dewdrops sparkling in the dawn light, you know it's winter when they have a thick coating of frost. I thought one tree had been sprayed with silly string until I realized it was just thickly-frosted webbing.
It's COLD out there!
I came in to an inbox full of alerts telling me people had commented on that article overnight.
Odd, I think. Must have gotten linked from somewhere.
And it had. It got Dugg. Again. Looks like it hit the front page, too. And I'm told it hit del.icio.us's front page as well - it usually does, after a Digg session. . .
It's a bit daft, tho. . . how many times can the same article get Dugg before people start calling it a dupe rather than voting for it?
Ah well. Interestingly enough, altho Digg and Del.icio.us both result in a sudden, huge stampede of people in one big hit, in the same manner as a slashdotting, the site that's resulted in the actual biggest number of people is actually stumbleupon.com - a much lower number of users per day, but a constant, steady number.
It's interesting to note that the re-written version of the article gets much more positive comments than the original. I *knew* it needed a re-write, all those months ago! :o)

Hmm.. new look for twitter? I hope it gets less "Ick! Change! Put it back!" nonsense than Facebook..
