I was in the library a while ago and I saw this book. I couldn't resist picking it up. See if you can guess what it was about:
The (blank) Hunters
'The reader is taken on a white-knuckle tour through seemingly familiar territory for the first time.'
'This book has been written to put on record what it was like to be a member of that heady first generation of (blanks)'
'These were stirring times, almost a heroic age when reputations were made more easily than today. There was a pioneering spirit abroad ... a sense of brotherhood, any (blank) enthusiast being accepted as a friend'
'This intoxicating, impetuous charge lasted for a little over thirty years before there were signs of slowing down and a change of direction.'
Go on. See if you can guess! :o)
