I added avatars
The plugin wasn't the best-documented I ever saw, but what the hell..
If you have an account on this blog, you need to set your avatar in the user settings. For everyone else, if you have a gravatar set already, it should work 'out of the box'
It adds very little of real value, I admit, but it makes posts with lots of comments look a bit prettier :o)

I guess the small avatars are shown in comments, but where are the large avatars shown? (Or are they not shown anywhere in this blog? I can't think of where such large images would be shown.)
I'm saying all this because I didn't set a large avatar, only a small one. I hope that is okay.
But the little white box that appears, if no small avatar is selected, is a bit... uhm... strange?
My bad.
