The breakthrough that allows teeth to be regrown has finally been made!
This is good.
(So long as they can get the right teeth to grow in the right place - wouldn't want to replace incisors with canines, for example..)
This bit baffles me tho:
They found that nerve fibres were able to grow throughout the teeth and respond to pain stimulation.
Given that people who need new teeth will probably be people who've had trouble with toothache and/or fillings, do they really consider the fact that new teeth will feel pain to be a good thing?
